As your coach, we are here to help you see for yourself where change is possible, and in doing so we help you develop your capacity to serve, lead, and influence others. Retexo’s coaching style is designed to help you become the author of your own future, behave consistently with your vision, and become a role model for others. As you take responsibility for your development, you begin to create a culture of learning around you that encourages others to do the same.
