  • 8:30 a.m. soft start
  • 9:00 a.m. meeting begins with check-in / accountability follow-up

    • “Pop-corn” rounds (quick hits, advice on simple, tactical issues)
    • 20/20 vision (simply getting clarity on a situation: The problem stated is the problem solved. Have we articulated the right problem?)
    • Tiger Teams (a sub-group dedicated to helping with a specific member issue)
    • Brilliant Inquiry (a process for resolving tough issues)
  • Leadership topic and discussion
  • 12:00 p.m. lunch, discussion continues
  • Plus / delta (what did we do well / what might we change)
  • 1:00 p.m. adjourn

    • Big ideas for discussion; we will regularly share our latest thoughts and learnings
  • Group membership price does not include formal recurring one-on-one coaching sessions, but…
    • If you have a high priority and/or urgent issue, we will ALWAYS make time to talk to you.
    • Do not wait on an available time slot. Call, text, email, or chat and we will find a time, evenings and weekends included.
    • We are committed to supporting you, and we are not counting hours.
