About Martha Walker

Martha began her career in healthcare, first as a clinical dietitian, and then in the corporate world in medical sales, marketing, and global strategy. She evolved her career as an independent executive coach, trainer, facilitator, director, and business consultant. Martha has a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago.

Martha’s Executive Coaching

Martha began her work as a coach and facilitator during her 5 years as a CEO group chair for Vistage International, the world’s largest CEO peer group association. As a Vistage Chair, Martha led multiple groups of 12-16 CEOs, owners, and key executives through their most challenging business and life issues. After a move to Louisville, Kentucky in 2012 with Greg and their daughter, Martha has continued her work as an independent coach, facilitator, director, and business consultant.

In her nearly 16 years of coaching experience, Martha has helped a very diverse clientele from “single shingles” working from a home office to C-level executives of large corporations. Greg Walker

Greg Walker’s background is technical, with much of his career spent in design, development, and manufacturing of minimally invasive medical devices. He has experience as a business owner and leader in the device industry. Greg has a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and has completed an executive leadership program at INSEAD in Fountainebleau, France.
